Namaste, My name is Tricia Wright and I am a wife, mother, runner, and dedicated yogini!

I have a passion to share yoga with others in a non judgemental, encouraging, and nurturing environment. We all have the ability to do and benefit from yoga! Our mats welcome us just as we are. Whatever body type we have, however flexible- or not, we can connect to what we are given for that day and in that moment. I personally have struggled with depression and anxiety and Yoga has helped me cultivate the awareness and given me extra tools to help me along lifes journey. With a desire to teach, I began training to become a yoga instructor in March 2009 through Yogafit training systems.
( ) I have completed and am certified in Levels 1, 2, 3, 4, Anatomy and Alignment, Seniors, Kids, Yogafit Sweat, and Pilatesfit.

I teach a vinyasa style which loosely translates to "moving with our breath" In class we strengthen and tone while synchronizing movement and breath. Breath can be the key to unlocking a calm and serene feeling in the mind and body. I'm continuing to grow more and more in my practice daily and have found that Yoga is truly a journey with no destination.
